I stopped here early one morning during a long road trip with friends. The service was friendly. We ate hearty omelets and toast, and the coffee was quite good! There was a group of locals who all knew one another and were discussing life in general. It was nice and cozy and the prices were good. Next time we're passing through, we'll definitely be back for breakfast.

I have been to many, many diners in my life and I have to say this one easily makes the top 3. Let me start off by saying I was extremely hung over so I was not necessarily ready to consume this food. The hash browns are absolutely perfect. Homemade sausage is unbelievable. And the grits have me begging for the morning so I can go back and get more. The menu was phenomenally priced, and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was fine and the local news on the TV added a nice touch as well. Get here, now. I could not have left that place in a better state of satisfaction. If you live in the greater Harrisburg area this should be a staple part of your diet. Thank you Keystone Restaurant. Do not change a thing.

It doesn't look like much on the outside... or inside for that matter. But if you want to go where the locals go and have undoubtedly the best eggs you've ever tasted at great prices you're i the right spot! People are friendly and real, service fast and friendly. Enjoy a fantastic breakfast and then stroll down to the waterfront to digest. I cannot speak for lunch but at least you know it's a lock for those delicious local eggs!

Food was very good here and very inexpensive. It is a small place so you will wait when it is busy but worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There should be a no star option. My family and i came in on a Saturday after 11 am. Majority of the ppl there were leaving. It took 15 minutes to get menus and water after being told by 2 different waitresses that they were going to get it. When it was time to order my son wanted fries , the waitress replied smugly that the fryers weren't on. My son didn't want anything else so i said I'll order a breakfast sandwich for my daughter to go then we'll just go somewhere else to get him something. The waitress immediately got an attitude and no the to line is over there. Why would we stand there with a toddler when we were already seated. No worries. We left and will never return again. Also black leggings with animal hair on them aren't a good look for a uniform.
